Refund Policy

1. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, expired.
2. Buyers must submit clear photographic or video proof along with order details and proof of purchase within 12 hours of delivery.
3. Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or tampering after delivery are not eligible for return.
4. Items eligible for return include damaged, defective, or expired products; wrong item, variant, or quantity delivered; and products with very low remaining shelf life at the time of delivery.
5. Opened or used products without objective defects, taste or preference-related complaints, delayed complaints, and perishables mishandled after delivery are non-returnable.
6. Based on verification and product availability, a replacement or credit note may be provided instead of a refund.
7. If a refund is approved, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection (may take up to 14 business days)
